Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 9, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FixMyAge! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the fixmyage.com website (including the public provider directory at fixmyage.com/providers), the FixMyAge web application, the FixMyAge iOS application, and related services (together, the “Service”) provided by FixMyAge Ltd. (“We”, “Us”, or “the Company”). By creating an account, using the Service, submitting a review, claiming a provider listing, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

FixMyAge is a health tracking and advisory platform powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Based on laboratory results uploaded by you, the system generates personalized protocols which may include recommendations for:

  • Dietary supplements
  • Non-medicinal procedures and therapies (including peptides, cold exposure, red light therapy, etc.)
  • Nutrition and training regimens

FixMyAge also operates a public, search-indexed directory of longevity providers (supplement brands, laboratories, clinics, and procedure providers) where registered users may publish reviews and providers may claim their listings and respond to reviews. Section 6 of these Terms governs that directory and the user-generated content within it; Section 7 governs the relationship between FixMyAge and providers who claim a listing.

FixMyAge does not directly sell medications or supplements; it provides informational analysis based on your data and published scientific research, and hosts user-generated reviews of third-party providers.

3. Medical Disclaimer

This section is of critical importance.

  • Not a Medical Service: FixMyAge is not a medical facility or a medical practice. The provided protocols, AI analyses, informational materials, and reviews published in the provider directory do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Mandatory Consultation: Always consult with a qualified physician before starting a new exercise regimen, taking dietary supplements, or using peptides (especially those requiring a prescription or specific monitoring). This is especially important if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are taking medication, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
  • Reviews Are Opinion, Not Medical Guidance: Reviews in the provider directory describe the personal experience of the reviewer. They are not endorsements by FixMyAge, are not medical advice, and must not be relied on as a basis for any medical decision.
  • Use at Your Own Risk: All actions taken based on the protocols generated within the platform, or in reliance on any review, are entirely at your own risk. The Company shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or worsening of health conditions.

4. Registration, Subscriptions, and Payments

  • Age Restriction: The Service is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and over.
  • Subscription Plans: FixMyAge offers free access (Free) and paid subscriptions (Pro — monthly and annual).
  • 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: For the paid Pro plan, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, within which you can cancel and receive a refund. After this period expires, subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Automatic Renewal: Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date.

5. User Data and Laboratory Results

  • You are solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the laboratory results (blood tests, DNA/epigenetic tests) that you upload to the system.
  • By uploading this data, you grant us the right to process it through our AI algorithms for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • As this involves sensitive health data, its protection is governed by our Privacy Policy. Publication of any portion of this data in a review (for example through the “data-backed” badge described in Section 6.4) requires a separate, explicit, opt-in consent given at the moment you link a panel to a review.

6. Provider Directory and User-Generated Content

FixMyAge operates a public directory of longevity providers where registered users (“Reviewers”) may publish ratings, written reviews, and structured data about their experience (collectively, “Submitted Content”). Submitted Content is hosted by FixMyAge as a service provider within the meaning of Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act, “DSA”) and the equivalent United States hosting safe harbour at 47 U.S.C. § 230. Reviews and provider responses are reviewed by FixMyAge staff before they are published on the public directory. This active moderation does not make FixMyAge the author or publisher of Submitted Content, and FixMyAge remains entitled to the legal protections available to hosting providers in respect of user-supplied material.

6.1 How we verify reviews

FixMyAge does not require proof of purchase to write a review. We require email-verified, fully onboarded accounts before any user may submit a review. Reviews are reviewed by FixMyAge staff before they appear on the public directory; submissions that violate our Acceptable Use Policy are not published and the author receives a Statement of Reasons. Where a “data-backed” badge is displayed alongside a review, that review has been linked to a bloodwork panel uploaded to the FixMyAge account associated with the review; the badge confirms only the existence of an underlying record, not the truth of the review or any causal claim made in the review. We do not pay for reviews. We do not solicit reviews from a selected subset of users. We do not suppress, delay, or filter negative reviews on grounds other than violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. We remove or label reviews we later determine to be fake, incentivised, or otherwise non-compliant with our Acceptable Use Policy as described in Section 6.5.

6.2 Reviewer eligibility and conduct

By submitting a review, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have personally used the product, service, or provider you are reviewing;
  • the review reflects your honest, first-person opinion based on that experience;
  • you are not employed by, contracted to, owned by, related to, or otherwise materially connected to the provider, or, if any such connection exists, you have disclosed it clearly in the body of the review;
  • you have not received and will not receive any payment, discount, free product, or other consideration in exchange for the review, except as fully and conspicuously disclosed in the review itself;
  • you are not posting on behalf of, or in coordination with, a competitor of the reviewed provider;
  • the review was written by you and not by an artificial intelligence system or other automated tool generating fictitious content;
  • the content you submit does not infringe any third-party right and does not violate any law applicable to you.

These commitments mirror the rules set out in the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 465), the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (Directive 2005/29/EC) as amended by the Omnibus Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/2161), and the United Kingdom Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. Knowingly false reviews may be a banned commercial practice in your jurisdiction.

6.3 Licence to FixMyAge

You retain ownership of the Submitted Content you create. By submitting it, you grant FixMyAge a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, translate, adapt for technical purposes, syndicate, and otherwise use the Submitted Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service, and for the purpose of producing aggregated and anonymised research outputs (such as the periodic “State of Longevity Providers” reports). The licence persists for the time the Submitted Content remains published on the Service. Following deletion of your review or of your account, FixMyAge ceases to display the Submitted Content and removes it from active services within 30 days, save that aggregated and irreversibly anonymised statistics computed prior to deletion may continue to be used and published.

6.4 Data-backed reviews and explicit health-data consent

Where the Service offers the option, you may link a bloodwork panel from your FixMyAge account to a review. If you do so:

  • the review will display a “data-backed” badge together with an anonymised before/after delta on the named marker(s);
  • this constitutes the publication of health data, which is a special category of personal data under Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”), and requires your explicit, separate, opt-in consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR;
  • although the published delta is not labelled with your real name, identification may be possible where a provider has few reviewers, where the delta is unusual, or where you publicly disclose elsewhere that you reviewed that provider; we surface this risk on the linking screen;
  • you may withdraw your data-backed consent at any time. On withdrawal we remove the data-backed badge and the published delta within 7 days; the underlying textual review remains unless you delete it separately;
  • the badge confirms a linked panel exists in your FixMyAge account; it does not certify the truth of any causal claim made in the review.

We process your bloodwork data on the lawful bases stated in our Privacy Policy. Publishing the data-backed delta is governed exclusively by the explicit consent referred to above and is never bundled into your acceptance of these Terms.

6.5 Acceptable Use Policy for Submitted Content

You must not submit, and we may remove or restrict, content that:

  • is fake, fabricated, machine-generated for the purpose of appearing as a genuine review, or otherwise misrepresents the Reviewer’s identity or experience;
  • attributes a medical outcome to a provider as factual cause (rather than describing personal experience);
  • is defamatory, contains personal attacks on identified individuals (such as named clinicians or staff), or contains content unlawful under the law of any jurisdiction in which it is read;
  • discloses personal data of any third party without that party’s consent;
  • is promotional, contains affiliate links, or links to competing commercial services;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
  • harasses, intimidates, or targets any person or group on the basis of a protected characteristic;
  • is submitted as part of a coordinated campaign, including by the provider itself, its affiliates, or its competitors (“astroturfing”).

6.6 Moderation, Statement of Reasons, and complaint-handling

FixMyAge may, at any time, refuse to publish, remove, demote, label, or restrict visibility of Submitted Content that we believe in good faith violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. In line with Articles 14, 16, 17, and 20 DSA:

  • reviews and provider responses are reviewed before publication; we aim to approve or reject submissions within 5 business days of receipt;
  • when we refuse to publish, remove, demote, or restrict your Submitted Content, we will provide you with a clear and specific Statement of Reasons identifying the content, the action taken, the underlying ground (Terms clause, AUP item, or legal obligation), the facts and circumstances relied upon, and any automated means used in the decision;
  • you may submit an internal complaint against the decision by emailing support@fixmyage.com within six (6) months of receiving the Statement of Reasons. Complaints are reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision; we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days;
  • if a complaint is rejected, you may pursue any out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 DSA in the EU Member State of your habitual residence and retain all rights to bring the matter before a competent court;
  • we publish at least an annual transparency report covering moderation actions taken, average response times, and complaint outcomes (DSA Article 15);
  • our single point of contact for users and authorities under Articles 11 and 12 DSA is support@fixmyage.com, in English and Bulgarian.

6.7 Notice and Action

Anyone — whether or not a registered user — may report Submitted Content they believe to be illegal, fake, in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, or infringing of their rights, by using the in-product report function on every provider page or by emailing support@fixmyage.com. Notices should identify the URL of the content, the category of concern, and the facts on which the notice is based. We acknowledge notices and act on them expeditiously; where a notice contains sufficient information for a diligent economic operator to identify the illegality of the content, we will be deemed on notice from the time of receipt. We operate a 24-hour service-level commitment for credible legal takedown requests (including notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the EU Copyright Directive, and comparable instruments). Repeated misuse of the notice mechanism may result in temporary suspension under Article 23 DSA.

6.8 Consumer review fairness

FixMyAge does not enforce, and disclaims any reliance on, any contract clause used by a provider that purports to bar, penalise, or seek damages for honest consumer reviews. To the extent any such clause is presented to us, we will treat it as void and unenforceable consistent with the U.S. Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016 (15 U.S.C. § 45b) and comparable consumer-protection laws.

7. Provider Claims and Responses (Provider Terms)

This Section 7 forms a separate agreement between FixMyAge and a business user (“Provider”) who claims a listing in the directory. It is intended to comply with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services (the “P2B Regulation”). Where a Provider also acts as a consumer in another capacity, the consumer-facing provisions of these Terms continue to apply to that activity.

7.1 Eligibility and verification

A Provider may initiate a claim by contacting support@fixmyage.com and supplying evidence of their authority to act for the Provider. Forms of evidence currently accepted include confirmation from an email address at the Provider’s domain, a DNS TXT record published on the Provider’s domain, or other documentation we approve on a case-by-case basis. Claims are reviewed and verified by FixMyAge staff. The claim is free of charge. Successful verification results in a “Verified by [Provider]” indicator on the listing and access to the response and basic-listing-edit features. Visibility of an unclaimed listing is not contingent on the Provider entering into any commercial relationship with FixMyAge.

7.2 Provider responses

A verified Provider may publish one response per review. Responses are themselves Submitted Content under Section 6 and are subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and to the moderation rules in Section 6.6. Responses must not retaliate against the Reviewer, must not disclose the Reviewer’s identity beyond information already published in the review, and must not disclose health information about the Reviewer.

7.3 Ranking criteria and visibility

The main parameters determining the ranking of providers and reviews on the Service, and their relative importance, are described on our public “How rankings work” page. We do not accept payment for higher organic ranking. Sponsored or commercial placements, where they exist, are clearly and conspicuously labelled.

7.4 Suspension, restriction, and termination

Where we restrict, suspend, or terminate a Provider’s claim, listing, or response feature, we will provide a Statement of Reasons. Termination of a claim is preceded by a notice period of at least 30 days, except in cases of repeated infringement of legal obligations, content that presents a serious risk to consumers, or risk to the Service or third parties — in which case the action may take effect immediately and the Provider will receive a Statement of Reasons promptly. Removing a Provider’s claim does not by itself remove the public listing or the reviews on it.

7.5 Internal complaint-handling and mediation

A Provider may submit complaints arising from the Service, including disputes regarding ranking, restriction, removal of a response, or termination of a claim, by emailing support@fixmyage.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 30 days. If a complaint is not resolved to the Provider’s satisfaction, the parties may attempt in good faith to reach an agreement through mediation by a mediator listed on the European Commission’s register under Article 13 of the P2B Regulation. Each party bears a reasonable proportion of the mediation costs. Nothing in this clause limits the right of either party to bring proceedings before a competent court.

7.6 Listing removal on Provider request

A verified Provider may request removal of their listing from the public directory by emailing support@fixmyage.com from a contact address used during the claim verification. We evaluate such requests in good faith. Requests grounded in factual inaccuracy of the listing, identity confusion, trademark concerns, or other specific legal or factual grounds will be considered for removal of the listing or of the specific content concerned. Requests that appear to seek only the suppression of lawful, honest reviews of the Provider will normally be declined, consistent with the public interest in a truthful directory and with our obligations under Section 6 of these Terms. Where a listing is removed, any reviews and responses associated with it are removed at the same time. Aggregated, irreversibly anonymised statistics computed prior to removal may continue to be retained and published.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time directly from the in-app Profile screen, or by emailing support@fixmyage.com from the address associated with your account. Deletion terminates these Terms with respect to you and removes your profile, authentication identifiers, uploaded files, the health data associated with your account, and the reviews you have published, subject to the retention rules described in our Privacy Policy. You may also delete an individual review without deleting your account.

9. Limitation of Liability and Hosting Safe Harbour

FixMyAge acts as a hosting service in respect of Submitted Content within the meaning of Article 6 DSA, the corresponding hosting safe harbour under Article 14 of Directive 2000/31/EC where applicable, and the equivalent hosting protection under 47 U.S.C. § 230 in the United States. FixMyAge does not pre-screen all reviews and disclaims liability for the accuracy, legality, or quality of Submitted Content to the maximum extent permitted by law. Reviews are personal opinions of their authors and are not endorsements or representations by FixMyAge.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixMyAge Ltd., its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use the platform.
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI analysis and generated health protocols.
  • The content, accuracy, or legality of any review, response, or other Submitted Content.
  • Unauthorized access to your data (despite our strict security measures).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory law applicable to you, including any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.

10. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, software code, texts, graphics, logos, and protocol structures of FixMyAge are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Submitted Content remains owned by its author, subject to the licence in Section 6.3. Provider names, logos, and trademarks displayed in the directory are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and review purposes consistent with applicable fair-use, comparative-advertising, and trademark law.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users with active profiles via email or through a notice within the platform. For Providers with claimed listings, changes affecting Section 7 will be notified at least 15 days in advance, except where a shorter period is required by law, where we are subject to a legal or regulatory obligation, or where the change is necessary to address an imminent risk (P2B Regulation Article 3).

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident, nor of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008 (Rome I) and Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).

13. Contact
